1. Acceptance
By using cell34.co or applying for any Cell 34 programme, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase a programme.
2. Who we are
Cell 34 is operated by Nicholas Dantes. References to "we," "us," and "Cell 34" mean that entity.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to apply for or purchase any Cell 34 programme.
4. Our programmes
Cell 34 provides education, mentorship, and resources related to building a remote, international brokerage business. Programmes range from the Priority Pass through to private mentorship tiers, as described on the site at the time of purchase.
5. No guarantee of results
Cell 34 provides training, method, and mentorship. We do not guarantee any level of income, number of deals, or business outcome. Results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site or in our programmes should be read as a promise of specific financial results.
6. Payment and pricing
Prices are listed in [GBP/currency] and shown at the point of purchase. Full payment (or an agreed instalment plan, where offered) is required to access the corresponding programme tier.
7. Refunds
No refund once programme materials/access are delivered.
8. Intellectual property
The Dantès Method™, all Cell 34 course materials, templates, frameworks, and content are the intellectual property of Cell 34 and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared outside your own personal use without written permission.
9. Application and acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance onto any programme. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.
10. Conduct
Members and applicants agree to engage respectfully with staff, mentors, and other members, and not to misuse shared resources, community access, or intellectual property.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cell 34 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or participation in a programme.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
